With the money we've spent on bringing in players... anything less that a Superbowl would be a waste. He was a down grade in all respects from Tice, except in the discipline he's tried to bring to the team (and still Mac is getting in trouble). Even with a playoff run, Chilly should be gone

We need a new Offensive Coordinator more than a new head coach right now. Chilly needs to bring in a real OC and keep his hands out of the offense. Look how the defense has flourished with that approach (with 2 different DCs nevertheless). If Chilly is too stubborn to do that, Wilf should can his ass along with Bevell and Ferraro (ST coach).

Personally, im sorry to say but my hate for Chilly is so great that I don't know if I would want him back even with an NFC Championship appearance.
Unless he gets this offense cooking, i will continue to hate Childress.
Why does he have to constantly bring in mediocre talent (especially former eagles) at a hefty price.
I can't stand it.
Either work with what you got or go out and get the "big name" player.
You are not belichik and you never will be.

The front office and scouting department are as responsible as Childress for the over-priced talent.

I LOVE what he has done with the defense. He has hired two excellent coordinators, told them what scheme he would like and has let them run with it. He has hired some really good coaches and is has learnt how to deal with the media and the fan base. He has brought discipline and character and kept the team together over 2 and half rough seasons. That all says something.

His glaring weakness is EVERYTHING he has done on offense from a scheme that doesn't fit the talent to hanging his career on TJ. Bring in a new OC and let him do his job, and I think Chilly will have a good career.

Childress will go down as one of the worst HC's ever. With all the talent and money this team has, he just doesnt have a clue how to use them.

If we win the SB he may get an extension...and thats about as likely as me becoming the pope.

For me, personally, sneaking into the playoffs just because NFCN sucks balls this year, would not be enough. I would need to see him actually improve in the areas that have been awful for his entire three year tenure. Most importantly, that would be playcalling, pass defense and passing attack. Unless we improve dramatically in these areas, I will still want him gone.
