Problem I have is that we smoked the Giants last year and they go and win the Bowl.
I believe they started that terror after we waxed them.
When are we going to get it together?

I do kind of agree that the team with the least injuries and that is playing the best at the end of the year can win it. If you look at the Giants last year, you are right, they were atrocious at times. And they won it by pounding the pill, great defense, and a decent enough QB who learned to minimize his errors as the season went on.

Minimizing errors + low injury count + "playing as a unit" = winning.

Yeah, I guess... however, I think you're selling Eli Manning a little short there.

Remember him escaping that pass rush? Or the throw to Tyree? Or the following TD throw to Burress?

I mean, he played pretty damn good... by saying he simply "Minimized Errors" is selling him a bit short I think. He played very well throughout the playoffs.

He threw 6 TDs and 1 INT... he was tied with Romo and V. Young for least INTs in the playoffs... except Romo had 1 TD and Young had 0.

Why does it sound sad to say that you would rather have a Super Bowl winning QB who can read a defense, complete over 50% of his passes, and spell the word "cat" over a guy who seems to regress every time he takes the field?

Eli is my starter on my fantasy team, so you don't have to sell me on the guy. Plus, any QB who can throw 4 TDs vs New England in one game has my vote.

I also love the way Eli plays. Someone called him the "perfect Type B Quarterback". He is never a guy who talks about it. He just goes out and does it.
