Pacman is kind of funny, he makes a comparison between Artest and Moss looking for a reaction.
In the Pacman's world the only difference between Jeffrey Dahmer and Mark Chmura is that Dahmer was with little boys.something witty and comical... followed by genuine sarcasm.
