A marquee WR would be nice (as opposed to our growing collection of first round busts: Taylor, Williamson), but our west coast system doesn't require a stud receiver.

An athletic TE like Gates/Shockey would be a great addition.

A stud CB to play nickel and groom into a future starter when winfield retires would do wonders for our pass defense.
we don't need a star WR but it would be nice to have a WR that could catch. but don't talk about winfield retiring already, thats the last thing we need. a athletic TE would be nice to.
Don't worry winfield has 2-3 more years left but grooming a stud CB to take over one day would make sense.

Dropping balls is all about concentration so fortunately it can be fixed. Kinda like RB's that fumble. Look at Tiki before and after he fixed his prob.

Don't give up on Troy so quickly... it's all concentration and I'm sure he will come to. Even Randy and TO have been dropping balls recently! Give troy a break!
You can't really fix his concentration problem.

Forcing a running back to hold the ball different is totally different than removing fear and anxiety from a player.

Nothing short of a tremendous beating after every dropped ball is the only thing that could keep him from losing his concentration on the ball. He should be afraid of what's going to happen to him on the sideline, not what's gonna happen to him when he catches the ball.

remember we get the dolphins second round pick which right now looks like it will be around #38.
We need a wideout, a backup rb, a cb (smoot sucks bad) and a GLARING NEED AT RT!
That said, Ive seen Ginn play, the guy is a demon...take em if possible, but, he will be gone.

Are you talking about the Culpepper trade?
If you are we a got that pick last draft and we used it to select Cook.
What we've got here is failure to communicate.

Jarrett! It's to expensive to trade up after Johnson and Ginn isn't quite the WR we're looking for. If Jarrett is off the board then Samard or Rice (could be a reach in the B-section of the draft, but we gotta get a reciever.) Blalock could also be the choice, but we can maybe get Josh Beekman in the 2nd..

what we should of done last year was not of taken ryan cook and token Devin Hester who by the way is tearin it up for Chicago, OUR RIVAL. This year I think its impossible that we will not take a WR with our 1st pick. And the pick shall be Calvin Johnson, Dwayne Jarrett or Ted Ginn Jr.
