......
This was the right choice for Minnesota, despite wide receiver Justin Blackmon and cornerback Morris Claiborne, two players drafted immediately after Kalil, being available to the Vikings. In six starts for Jacksonville, Blackmon is third on the team with 18 catches for 193 yards. Claiborne has an interception and 19 tackles in seven starts for the Cowboys.

To be fair this is how I see it too. Ponder has lost confidence in all aspects, himself the team the coaches. I want to see him succeed but the team is bigger than one player and now is not too early to see if we need to concentrate the scouting teams on QBs for the draft next year. Give the others a go and they fall into the dirt then at least we are prepared to fix it next year.
We made this mistake before with Chilly at the helm why so it again makes no sense. Musgrave needs to go for sure, votes not in on Frasier yet and Ponder must realise that his time as starter is running out, the tv crews certainly knew it with regular checks on what Webb was doing on the sideline.
This season is effectively over, as has been stated we are who we thought we were, propping up the NFC North with 3 other very strong teams above us. Lets cut our losses and find out what we need to do for next year. And for whoever said Allen has to go... Really!!!

So how do those number match up with other guys in the league like
Rodgers 56% 11-20 and 38% 21-30
Cutler 49% 11-20 and 32% 21-30
Stafford 45% 11-20 and 23% 21-30
Just thought we should get some idea of how the other guys in our own division are doing in that 11-30 zone, not going into the 30+ just cause Ponder is a big zero there and its also just as small amount of the actual throws by any of the guys. I guess just based on those numbers he's right in the running with the other guys but based on yesterday games I thought he should have been on the bench in the 4th quarter.

Ponder is not totally to blame for total lack of offense but he is a big problem right now. He stinks as of right now and you can't doctor it up any other way. Lack of wide receivers sure but I have seen him miss so many passes as of late within 4 yards of the los. What is the excuse for that? I was Ponder's biggest supporter going since we got him, but I must call a spade a spade and admit when he's playing terrible and it's right now.
I bet you could use a cool one huh Clark...Now you're talkin Eddie...

exactly, and teams know this and in the past four weeks have taken it away from ponder. They have taken away the flats and the short game and are telling ponder he can't consistently beat us down the field. They've taken ponders safety blanket away and musgrave has not adjusted or he also has no confidence in ponder throwing the ball down the field more than 5 yards.

Seriously, marr?What a game.
Props.....
Coaching staff, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Our second best S goes out and you send in the 3rd best S and he shines. A pleasant surprise to say the least. Your best S goes out for a penalty and your 4th best S steps in and although he didn't make any standout plays (until that late tackle for loss ) the defense doesn't miss a beat.
That my friends equates to "Coaching". Not a bunch of vets holding rookies hands. Coaching and I'm buying into it totally.
In short, coach Frazier, I'm on board for the long haul.
With that drastic a flip flop in that short a time period I am of the opinion you will be spending your AARP years performing as a damn fine politician.
As you know, our current slide cooincides with your proclamation of commendation for this coaching staff. I am holding you responsible for the current Viking state of affairs.
Why must you defend everything this FO does....to the point of making your self look like a yes man.
