    Re: Hutch is Frustrated...

I get the feeling that he just wants the cohesion to take place already. He is anxious and wants this boat to start ripping teams up. Sullivan has nothing to do with Tackles false starting. Discipline needs to be in order there. If not disciplined, then we need to look at the O-line coach and ask why not?

Our OL issues have nothing to do with who is under center right now
And having a broken leg has nothing to do with how fast you can run.

Truth of the matter is, Birk hasn't been missed even though the local media hacks and pro Noodle crowd want you to buy into it.
huh... how is that truth exactly?
It's truth because he doesn't want Birk to be missed, because then it would throw off his argument that Favre has a better o-line to work with than tjack.
    ollowing the football.

I disagree. It starts with the Center and one was already pulled for call problems.
I don't think he was pulled for any other reason than his footspeed.

My analysis along with Hutch's comments vs what the guys on KFAN said.

Cook is just never gonna be anything other than a good backup, but never good enough to be a starter.

Coop on the other hand, seems to be a better fit for what the team is trying to do with Sully in there.
The fact is, he was pulled because he wasn't effective at center. Mars was right.

Call it footspeed if you want for a reason, but nevertheless it affected his performance & he got yanked.

    Again, it wasn't working.

Funny you should blame it on footspeed any how. I thought you were under the belief it was a communication problem.
I blame it on more than footspeed. You know I always over analyze things and have about 10 issues with everything.

    Funny you would believe otherwise.

I was chanting for both Line Coaches heads the last two years especially the DL coach(s)

    Finally got tired of trying.

hutch and the rest of the guys should concentrate on holding their blocks longer so brett and adrian don't take such big hits. meantime our backs are horrible blockers.

Up to this last game it seemed our pass blocking was only at fault...yesterday the run blocking didn't look good on several plays either.

The problem seems to be that the Doodles have a short attention span.

One second its, "Me blocking, me blocking!"

The next second it's, "Me want big steak and many french fries!"

Maybe we should call them the Foodles instead of the Doodles.
