Husain Abdulla says goodbye Minnesota..
Husain Abdullah may return to the NFL after sitting out this season to take a spiritual journey. But the way he addressed his departure from the Minnesota Vikings sounded like a final goodbye.
"Minnesota is a beautiful place with beautiful people," Abdullah wrote in a text message on Friday night. "Honored I could experience it. Peace."

A bad player leaving a bad team to more deeply pursue a terrible religion. The triple threat.

Why do people have to become bigots over this?
I don't think anyone would say "Don't let the door hit you on the kippah on the way out..." if it was a Jewish player, I'd expect the same level of respect for people of Islamic heritage.
...and Ranger, well, you've always been hateful.
C'mon Vikes fans, let's be better than that.Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.
