HUGE Potential for the Vikings O-Line in 2009

HUGE Potential for the Vikings O-Line in 2009

The addition of Phil Loadholt adds serious beef to the Vikings offensive line. At 6’8” and 337 lbs. Phil Loadholt is a BIG man ! Just ask Brad Childress. Yesterday he told the Star Tribune “ That’s a BIG man !”....

Goodness... I wonder who this Matt Burk guy the author keeps referencing is... the internet is great for some things but at times you wish there was a stupidity filter.

How big is Cook, anyone know?

I love the idea of having a physically dominating O Line... a team that can get the lead the first 3 quarters then do ball control and run it down their throat in the 4th quarter has a great chance of winning a lot of games.

Ha, yeah...Burk. Cook is listed as 6-6, 328.

Now we have to come up with a name for this line.

Yeah ... I immediately discard a blogger/reporter when I see shit like this. It makes you look like your are lazy, don't really care about what you are talking about or both.

Not to mention he doesn't even know proper grammar. You don't add spaces before every exclamation mark. If you're going to write for a blog you should know things like basic grammar.

Looking forward to watching them play.
Yeah, what's up with the 'Burk' stuff?
when 40% of the o-line consists of noobs you have to be cautiously optimistic at best.

We dont just have monsters starting on our line. We have a ton of depth.
Cook, Radovitch, Hicks, Kemp, Cooper. Now that is a solid group for a bunch of back=ups!!!

While I'm excited about the healthy return of Hicks, with Cook having another season under his belt, I think Loadholt will win the starting RT spot. We are going to lean downhill all four qtrs, and become very dominant at the point of attack. Loadholt's reach will also purchase 2 nano seconds in our passing game, which is about to sprout wings, and it will only allow Adrian to continue to prosper.

Jackson is going to need that jump pass he debuted two seasons ago just to get the ball over those big guys to his tiny new WR ;D
