I don't think it's sad. They probably just like to talk football, intelligent football (well for the most part!!). I'm am too die hard vikings to go on other sites and talk otherwise I'd probably do the same thing! You gotta respect them if they keep coming on and not making jackasses of themselves!

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!

There's better members here that hate the Vikes than some of the ones that claim to be fans of them.

LOL
There's something inherent about going to an opponant's website to talk smack, especially during game week. Please don't make me pull out vikingalltheway's consistent pleas for other PurplePriders to go to other forums and talk smack at them. :-)
Honestly, that's how I first got here. But, I consider myself a fan of the rivalry...there's no other game I get up for more, no victory I savor more, no defeat I go into a total depression about more.
That's what makes being here fun. You don't have to like the other team (in fact, it's a lot more fun if you hate them), but you can love the rivalry and enjoy good hearted smack with people who take the other side of the fence, knowing its the other team that brings out the best and worst in our team and its fans.
Wow...that sounded way too poetic. Sorry.Have you ever seen a race of turtles, and they all go the wrong way instead of towards the finish line?
Welcome to the NFC North.

Los you are a class act and yes I do respect and love the rivalry with both Chicago and the Pack. I do enjoy watching people go gaga over who wins or looses these games. As for me I do not look at things through Viking colored glasses I call a rose a rose. I watch and see and comment on what I see good or bad.

How sad is it that people from a "Vikings website" and Minnesota in general is absolutely obsessed with ripping on the Packers and their fans
