I recently picked up Madden 2005 for my PS2 (older version - I'm getting the new one next week!) and, the last two nights, have played the Vikes at the Pack (I'm the Vikes, of course). I played just five-minute quarters, and the outcome was EXACTLY the same both times:

Vikes 28
Pack 17

The first time, Robinson had 2 TD's, Bennett had one and Claiborne returned an INT for a TD. The second time Moss had 1 TD, Bennett had one and Corey Chavous had a fumble AND an INT return for TD's!

Wishful thinking? You bet, but who cares!!!!!!!!

i have 2004 and whenever i play against our opponent weve lost. so until the end of the playoffs NO MORE MADDEN for me.

Maybe you should play against us as our opponent. You never know what could happen.

Just played my pre game, and the score was 70-14 vikings, 5 minute quarters, daunte got hurt but came back to throw for 500 yards and 9 TD's. Nate Burleson broke the recieving record with 13 receptions for 234 yards with 6 TD's.

Kevin Williams owned favre and ERIC KELLY out of all people had an INT for a TD in the last seconds of the game.
