I am sorry if I seem confident, but not cocky. I have a lot of faith in the Vikes this weekend. I do not care if I have to "eat crow". I'll take it like a man. Why are some people here afraid to express their confidence? Are the afraid of sounding stupid if we lose? This should not stop anybody from making intelligent, meaningful, and confident posts about our team.

He'll be a go for Jacksonville.

lol...counting your eagles (or should I say chickens) before they hatch? What a joke. I hope your team is looking as far ahead as you are...because it's only gonna hurt their chances to get there.

I'm with you.
And for some others, I don't think positive posts about the team are gonna jinx anything.
We can beat the chickens Sunday.
But to do it, the team will also have to have confidence and a positive attitude. Let's get it done.

Not to sound cocky...Lord knows I don't feel it...but WE beat us in Philly in week 2. The only reason we didn't come out with the "W" is because WE screwed up. Hopefully, we bring our "A" game this time.

AS for the Eagles, they have a talented "D", they ahve a great QB, and a solid HC...they are a damn good team. To beat them, we will need to pull out all the stops...we need fire, we need energy, we need...

Your trippin...Falcons not a chance...Eagles-No, they have better defense but are not better overall-just better coached.- Patriots same thing....Steelers-they probably do...and the colts-I say they have a slight edge..but we have better defensive players.

I think I have the right to be confident about the Vikes on Sunday. I figured that the Kings would win last Sunday, mostly just because it was their third time playing the Pack, and they just had to win. They can't drop three in a row to the Pack, I don't care what the circumstances are. The Vikings did win as I assumed, but they didn't win the way I assumed. They actually played great and they deserved to win the game (it's been a few weeks since I could say that). I'll put it this way, if they play the way they played against the Pack, I will be confident.

I've been stating the same thing to Viking Lovers: don't get too excited... ya'll see where that got us Packer Backers. Just relax. Let the game and the WIN come to you :bootyshake: . Wait patiently :bootyshake: . If you build it, it will come.
Just promise me one t hing: if the Vikings make the Super Bowl, they'll represent (represent yo click) the NFC in the most respectable way. No :bootyshake: (leave that to me).

Here we go with the "Lovers" again. Yeah, it got you knocked out of the first round. Why shouldn't I/we get excited?
1. After many meltdowns we made it into the playoffs.
2. Everyone lamented on the fact that we "backed" in.
3. Nobody picked us to win, we were a joke!
