I'm not that great at odds making, but I'm guessing the odds of seeing Troy Williamson in a Vikings uniform again are better.

    Troy Williams?

If you're talking about him.. i think you mean "the odds of seeing Troy Williams in a Vikings uniform ever are better" not, again

Devil!!! I'm screwed! But I am definitely not backing out of my bet. Damn Beer! I'm not so much worried about tha money as I am the crap talk that comes with it. This year, I'm expecting to go to Minnesota for the Colts game, and to New Orleans for the Saints game. Can't wait. Thanks, though....

I love 'em to death, but I just can't do it.
    I'm with you there.
It's one thing to take a flyer on them in Vegas to win the Super Bowl six months before the season starts (which I did - and, of course, they did not do that) - it's another to take them plus the points every weekend or whatever.
Too nerve-wracking - and it compromises (for me) my ability to cheer for the team with all of my being.

I know it doesn't look good... The Cowboys look like a strong team with everyone coming back.
But this is the NFL, and anything can happen.

    Consider this:

-The Cowboys won 13 games last year (the Packers did too).
-Between 2002 and 2006, six teams won 13 games.
-The most wins any of those teams won the following year was 9 (Seattle and Denver in 2006).
-The average number of wins for those teams the following year was 7.

-The Vikings won 8 games last year.
-Between 2002 and 2006, sixteen teams won 8 games.
-The most wins any of those teams won the following year was 13 (Kansas City in 2003 and Green Bay in 2007).
-Eight of those teams won 9 or more games the following year.
-The average number of wins for those teams the following year was 9.

I'm not sure that this really means anything with this sample size, but don't give up.
When the age of the Vikings came to a close, they must have sensed it. Probably, they gathered together one evening, slapped each other on the back and said, "Hey, good job." - Jack Handey [Deep Thoughts]

    Cowboys 2008 Games

49ers: I wouldn't take the 9ers lightly next year, they could make a push
Seahawks: Again not a bad team, could be a good game
Ravens: Bad year last year, have ability to play great at times
Bengals: Not doing much to improve this offseason
Bucs: Making a push this offseason to improve, could pose a challenge
Giants(2): Defending SB champs....will they feed off of it? I say they split
Eagles(2): Again split, the Eagles could do some damage this year if they stay healthy
'Skins(2): ??? Haven't done much this offseason, I dont see them beating the 'boys
Cardinals: They are the cards....I see this as a Dallas win
Rams: Interesting team ... do they play to their potential with a healthy Marc Bulger?
Browns: Many people predicting them to do really well I'm going to say they upset Dallas
Steelers: Another good team, could be a good game
Packers: With no Favre, I'm going to say Dallas win

So, I would say Dallas could be anywhere
between an 11-13 win team again. If they Vikes can play with their tough schedule this year, I think they have a legit shot at winning 11 games. So, just be hoping for some Dallas losses in some of their close games, and some BIG TIME VIKES WINS!!
