I didn't know Randy could stop the run on Defense. You guys must miss him a bunch. The Falcons were 11 yds short of a team franchise record for rushing in one game. Can Randy help with that? Also, DC had some time to throw, but looked confused a bunch. On other plays, no time to throw at all....can RM help with that? (Other than a quick jump ball I mean). No Randy Moss is not your problem.
Re: ..this is an honest question..and at 4 weeks....
Honestly, I don't. At the time I was so unbelievably pissed off about it, but now its over. We have to work with what we have. I am completely over the trade.
Re: ..this is an honest question..and at 4 weeks....
Our problems go much deeper than the typical "84 is gone" reasoning. We still have a plethora of offensive weapons - but there is no direction, no leadership, no heart - and its alarming. Maybe Linehan was the brains behind our offense in recent years. Maybe the O-line was more formidable. Probably all of these things contribute. But its not just the absence of Moss.

Round 10,000,000.
DING DING DING!
Now, 5 more Moss threads will pop up.
No, I don't miss him, at all. He is NOT the problem we are having right now. It is the O-line and Pep. Not even Joe Montana could do good with our O-line. I don't think it would make much of a difference if he was here or not.

Exactly, our problems are not because of Moss. When we was gone last year we didnt play this bad. We almost beat the Colts without Randy last year. We could still score points without him to. So I have no idea whats going on with us. And like you said, maybe Linehan was our offense.
Re: ..this is an honest question..and at 4 weeks....
No, I don't miss him. Why? Sure, there is no argument that he one of the best WRs of all time. We need a well-balanced and well-coached team to do anything. One player does not a team make. We have plenty of talent, we just need a new rudder for the ship.
