"Tracking the heat
The Vikings this year have new technology to help battle the heat and related illnesses. Vikings training staff are now able to wirelessly monitor players' body temperature while they practice. The players swallow a pill which contains a sensor that transmits a signal to staff telling them what the core temperature of the player is."

I dunno about you'z guyz....but I think that is f****ng cool! FBI/CIA type stuff there....straight James Bond style....crazy stuff!

Just the tip of the ice berg, pretty soon employers will have ways to monitor your every move with a pill. hmmmmm. Great idea for the safety
of the guys, just hope it doesn't lead to invasions into our personnel lives.
Paranoid hmmmmmmm.... not, just too much si-fi channel.

i heard somewhere that its gonna cost 40 bucks a pill, but for professional teams, they lower the price to around 20 bucks i believe... its very cool..

Yeah, I read about these pills a couple weeks ago. It said that there were a couple of teams already doing it including jacksonville. I am very glad that the vikes decided to implement them.
