Artis Hicks sounds like a guy who simply wants to know where he stands with his employer....
Re: Hicks getting frustrated by right guard rotation
This just shows how easily he is flustered.
Childress wants consistency and he is not getting it from his RG, so he has to rotate Hererra in to see if he is a possible upgrade.
If Hicks isn't "in a groove" by the end of his 4th game, then why should BChill think that he'll pick it up now?
I hope Hererra gets the start and we get to see what he can do as a starter this season.
Re: Hicks getting frustrated by right guard rotation
I like hererra better anyways
Re: Hicks getting frustrated by right guard rotation

No doubt.
Most players play harder and try to keep the other player off the field.
They don't whine about it.
Re: Hicks getting frustrated by right guard rotation
Simple answer Hicks, play well enough and you'll get the starting job. We don't want to see a rotation at the spot either but the onus is on you to get your head out of your ass and play like you want to stay with the Vikes.
Re: Hicks getting frustrated by right guard rotation
I don't like the rotation of linemen on offense, they need three or four series just to get settle'd into the game. Rotating guys cause's more pre-snap penalties cause the o- line's rhtym is broken with substitutions. Childress needs to pick, or atleast let each play a game, grade them out and make somebody number 1.
Re: Hicks getting frustrated by right guard rotation
i personally like herrera more anyways
Re: Hicks getting frustrated by right guard rotation
I would think that if anything should be frustrating him, it would be getting his ass handed to him every game by the opposing defense. If he was worth a rats ass he would have to have someone rotating in all of the time to see if anything else will work on that side.
