I hope Troy gets back on his horse and does well again.

It's been sad to see him go through the struggles that he has catching the ball. I'm still not convinced that he is out of his funk, but I hope that he starts catching more passes in the last 2 or 3 games.

Williamson sounds like he is approaching everything in a very mature manner.
I hope that things work out for him and for us.

I don't know. sounds a little too bland and rehearsed for me. I bet he doesn't have all of his confidence back. If he plays a big part in our
playoff run, then he'll be back up.

It's hard when you are reading an interview since you don't know the inflections, etc.; however, that being said, I am just glad he is not mouthing off like some cocky-know-it-all and blaming everyone without taking any responsibility for his performance.

    "lack of confidence!"

And just how does an athelete lose that........
By thinking of himself and how he is viewed by others.
Troy has a job to do.
    1)Know the plays
    B)Run the route
    *)Get open
    Also)Focus and catch

Troy is so typical of NFL wideouts today.
Just great atheletes with below avg hand skills.
The players who can catch like a pro are buried deep on the depthchart.
The main reason: .02-.04 seconds less on the 40yard dash

    IMO

When you've got thousands of fans and critics telling you that you suck at your job and life all together, bascially, then you can talk. It can't be easy to be in his situation, despite the money

That's a good point, but honestly who else could he blame? I think you're right, but looking at those drops, most of them were right where he needed them. Oh well. He could have pulled a Randy and said his chi or feelings were off, leading to dropped passes.

Part of being a real man is setting all that aside and doing what you as a man need to accomplish.
