    I need a big favor.
How about a sig with Lord Dickhead and a rag arm that says that.

    ;D ;D ;D
Make sure to mock him up in a purple and gold jersey in advance.

    How so?

A Vikings spokesman said coach Brad Childress would address the issue following today’s practice.
Explain to me, please, how that sounds like Childress was already expecting it.
Unless you've read something somewhere else, and, if so, please share.

Maybe cause it is not uncommon.

Actually I think it is incredibly uncommon.
PFT says the last first rounder to skip minicamp was Shawne Merriman.

On a side note, he isn't REQUIRED to be there until he signs a contract.
But it is highly unusual for a rookie to skip it, especially when there are no contact drills.

Ok and Merriman is a stud and turned out fine. No need to jump to conclusions or get all worried. Has anyone signed yet? Are those guys at camp? Get me those answers first and I will agree it is uncommon.

Percy Harvin is the only first rounder in the league to skip minicamp since Merriman. That was 05 wasn't it? Seems pretty uncommon.
