That ball was a good 1 yard behind Berrian, it would have been an amazing catch if he had caught it.

the throw was way behind berrian and his momentum was carring him the other way. the int was gus' fault. he had a few bad throws early but shook the rust off to have a decent day. i thought he looked good.
Why must you defend everything this FO does....to the point of making your self look like a yes man.

In regards to your first post I don't think Cedric missed any time. Tyrell and Cedric both played very well in containing Smith.

if the wide reciever got both hand on the ball then its the rciever fault even if it was a little behind

My thoughts exactly, he got "both" hands on the ball. Not every ball can be perfect, it's the receivers job to adjust when it's not. It would have been in the 3rd row if BB didn't tip it which led to the pic, then it would have been a "bad" throw.

Don't be fooled though, Tjack has been so bad, we all think Gus is good haha, the offense still only generated 1 TD.

I certainly don't think Gus is Good, just better. I still wish we had a better option. Still, T-Jack hasn't figured things out yet, so we have to use Gus. No matter what else Gus is, he is a veteran, and simply has better field presence than any other option we could trot out there. He's not Bad, and that's good.

Re: Gus made a difference but.........

this is what i hate and the reason i think t-jack was never really given a fair shot by US!! people are saying that dropped pass was berrians fault and not gus's. while i think it is partially bb's fault and hes gotta catch that it was also a poor throw by gus. if t-jack threw that ball everyone would of said it was 100% t-jacks fault. I believe Tarvaris will be given another chance this year-unless gus plays out of his mind for the remainder of the year, which i dont think will happen. If we would quit getting so down on t-jack and bevell would open up the playbook for him, i dont think he would be that bad. Also, gus made a couple poor throws that bobby wade made some nice catches on. Of course the announcers said it was just
a good throw, but i think both were good catches by wade. Shianco still sucks...
