    No.
He made a great catch, but he needs to do more though.
    Remember David Tyree?
Giant who caught the pass with his helmet in the superbowl to keep the Giants alive.

When Lewis can make good plays on a consistant basis, then maybe.

Also, they're talking about Lewis before he was cut from the pats
BTW, what happened to Reynaud on that punt return?
    Is he alright?

Lewis could be a one-play-wonder at this point.
I still don't see a place for him unless something happens to one of our other WRs.
something did happen to one of our other receivers... we cut wade, which is the only reason he's here.
I am talking about Rice, BB and Harvin!
I didn't want to have to mention their names as to no jinx this thing.

    Screw Wade!

ah... well in cases where we use 4 receivers (such as the last play of the game) Lewis can be the #4.
He's earned at least that much.

    Re: Greg Lewis Impact Player

Lewis made an impact on Sunday and that is all that matters in this team sport.
He contributed when he was called upon.

He is what has kept us at the top of this division:

    Minnesota Vikings

    3

    0
    Green Bay Packers

    2

    1
    Chicago Bears

    2

    1
    Detroit Lions

Only had 3 WRs on the field for the final play.
    4th pass-catcher was Shank.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

yes, you would be right, I saw the interview with Lewis, where he said he was there to give Harvin a breather, then he would come back the next play if there was one.
The announcers said Lewis was the 4th receivers, not sure if they didn't realize Harvin was off the field or not.

    IMO

    Wade = Solid Slot WR

Lewis = Solid possession WR with size

    VS

    Excellent post my friend.
    Excellent post.

Cats need to be ready on the sidelines.
The don't know when they might be needed.
    He was.
Props to him and the coaching staff for having him ready.

That was one hell of a catch.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

It was a good move to put a fresh body in there.
The DBs had to be winded along with our WRs that were running all over the field play after play.
