Greenway status?

Anybody got anything for Erasmus James recovery? Put him in the mix, pick up Freeney in the offseason, our linebackers get better with Greenway coming back, suddenly our defense just got 10x as good!

does he maintain his rookie status? i know in baseball even if you appear in some games or meet a specified number of at bats you can still be considered a rookie the next year. not sure how football works.

No he won't be a rookie next year. He'll be classified as a second year pro. Can't wait to see him in action. I was really happy that they drafted him last year and wanted them to also draft his teammate Abdul Hodge later on in the draft but that never fell through. Both of em were tackling machines at Iowa.

I go to College with a kid who is from Mt. Vernon (Greenway's hometown) and he said that a couple weeks ago he and Greenway were both back for the Alumni Basketball Game. I guess Greenway was dunking over people, and running really well. So, I'm thinking that if he was even cleared to play in a game like that (much less be dunking all over), that his knee is feeling pretty good!
