Greenway, a painful waiting game.
Good read, I hope the guy heals and makes an impact.

Re: Greenway, a painful waiting game.
Sounds like he is pushing pretty hard to get back on the field. When doctors said he'll be able to walk on crutches in 10 days, he did it in five. When they said it would be three to four months before he received a knee brace and began doing linebacker drills, his knee was ready in two.Zeus wrote:
When are you going to realize that picking out the 20 bad throws this year and ignoring the 300 good ones does not make your point?

Good read and hope we see him back at full strength. He'll be hungry and have plenty to prove - our LB corps will be very nasty next season.. more than we have now
Time spent annoying a Packer fan is never time wasted...

Re: Greenway, a painful waiting game.
I think he will be just fine! It sounds like a pretty hard worker. I will keep my fingers crossed that he will be back next year and be a leader on the defence!
I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it!!

Re: Greenway, a painful waiting game.
Living in Iowa ive seen and heard a lot about Greenway. Im an ISU fan not a hawk fan and this guy always had my respect. He will work to get back to the condition he was in and then he will work to get better just who he is.
In college the guy was everywhere in on every tackle. personally the best LB I have ever gotten to see play in person at the college level.
I really think he will be a great NFL LB, he just has a nose for the ball."Lurker" turned Poster

Re: Greenway, a painful waiting game.
I kinda forgot about the guy. Just imagine what the D will be like next year when we get Greenway, Tank Williams and E. James back who have been out all this year with injuries. We lost 3 starters before the season and stilled have the 4th ranked D.
