EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.  About a half-hour after the Vikings' latest loss, Minnesota coach Brad Childress was asked to be specific about his team's problems.
Politely, Childress said he would wait until the next day to share.
It is, after all, a long list...............
Re: Good time for a break: Vikings try to fix what's broken
Hopefully 2 weeks is enough to start to fix stuff
Re: Good time for a break: Vikings try to fix what's broken
Are we firing Childress?
Thats the only way to fix the problem.

Well I must say the Vikes dont look ready to win anytime soon.
There one hope was to win their first few games and than prepare for some harder teams later in the season.
Its obvious that their pass defense has not improved and the oline just plain sucks.
The coaching decisions have made me wonder if we are actually trying to attack on offense.
To score you have to probably go to shotgun formation just to give the oline extra time to cover for a run let alone a pass play!
Lets replace Cook, Griffin and all starters who are to mistake prone to rely on.
Free Agents will have to come help next year if need be.
Now as for QB situation..... TJack needs competion for his job first thing next year. If not, we may be in more trouble for 5 years to come....

Does Childress and company know how to make fixes? I 'm going to have to say..... NO!
Re: Good time for a break: Vikings try to fix what's broken
Simple...throw to Rice more often...and give the ball to Peterson! Limit turnovers...and score TDs instead of FGs!!!

Hi ,Mr.Optimist.

We are a nats nut away from a break-out game. We will hit those missed opportunities that have painfully been eluding us. When teams cover one on one, you've got to trust your guy to make a play, and when they are wide-open....... you just can't miss. Continue to pound it with CT, and AD, and good things will happen.... eventually. As Matt Birk said "just keep choping wood".
