I agree with most of it except the part where Souhan stated they didn't need to upgrade talent.

That was a good article.

He really didn't say the talent is not necessary, but the leadership was more the problem than the talent.

The talent is there to built around and be the backbone for the proper coaching techniques.

His big question is whether or not Tice will learn enough from the last few season to make himself better in order to lead this team to be better.

I agree with the whole article.
