    The Giants game

I picked the Vikes in the pool this week even though they are the underdog. If we lose this game our season is over. I mean I realize we are going nowhere this season anyway, but the chances of us winning anymore games is well not good. I suppose we will get lucky and win a game or two but all they will do is push us down in the draft next year. Its been a long time since I was this disgusted this early in the season.

    The Giants game

Our season is already over. We have no defense.

That game is on the road in NYC where we usually roll over and play dead.

Didn't our special teams and defense save the day in NY one year.
Maybe i will just watch that game Monday and stay blissfully unaware of reality.
Go ahead back up your to close away.

    From PFT:

    Vikings at Giants

MDS’s take: One of the worst Monday night games in recent years will be memorable for Josh Freeman’s first start with the Vikings, and for the Giants’ first win of the season.

    MDS’s pick: Giants 21, Vikings 13.
    No respect...

Jamarca "Stone hands" Sanford should have a few more opportunities from Eli. For everyone he drops, Eli will no doubt eventually find someone in Blue that will hang on.

Freeman Ready To Step Into Spotlight On Monday Night Football

New York (0-6) is off to its worst start since it lost a franchise-worst nine straight to open the 1976 season. Manning finished 14 of 26 for 239 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions in last Thursday's 27-21 loss to Chicago, with one pick being returned for a touchdown.

He's thrown a league-worst 15 interceptions to match his total from all of last season, and his 64.0 passer rating is third-worst in the NFL - one spot ahead of Freeman.

Though Manning will be facing a Minnesota defense that ranks 29th against the pass allowing an average of 308.0 yards, the Giants have committed a league-high 23 turnovers and have lost 11 of their last 14 games after missing last year's playoffs despite a 6-2 start.
Can't wait to watch this train wreck of a game. Chuckie should have a lot of fun polishing this one.

    The Giants game

Vikes rank 28th in sacks (WTF) with 10. Giants rank dead last with 5 (LOL). Vikes 19th vs the Run, Giants 28th. Better QB, better coach, home field...H Smith out, Rhodes hobbled, all other DBs suck. Giants win. Hope I'm wrong.

Peterson could have a big night, Freeman is a total wildcard.

Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent
