I'm not sure how he has done in his job since we brought him in but it probably doesn't help us if he tells the Rams what we are doing.

Well I guess he is sticking around with an assistant Gm title.

So we go from having no GM at all to adding not only a GM, but adding an assistant GM also without adding personnel?

Sounds pretty much like business as usual except there's only one or two people to point a finger at instead of three.

I wonder if they'll add another co-GM to complete the Triangle Of Acquisition?

Spilman needs a fall guy to fire if we go 3-13 again next year. He is Spielman's fall guy.
