Re: Garrett Mills: Mr. Versatility - could be the Vikes' future H-back?

I can see him being an H-back, not just with his catching abilities, but his run blocking looked pretty
    good on Sunday as well.
I'm not an NFL analyst or anything, but the few times I saw him in the game during a run play he looked like he was blocking great.

Also we should replace Skank-ho with Mills in the red zone.

I think this is key. Shiancoe drops WAY too many passes in the red zone that could have gone for TD's. Maybe Frerotte will have better chemistry with Shiancoe than Tarvaris did, but if the problem continues, we definitely need to see a different TE (Mills/Kleinsasser) on Red Zone looks.

Yeah it makes too much sense to throw this guy the ball.
    Therefore we won't do it.
Brad Childress is 1-6 in games played Dec. 17 or later.

From what I've seen so far, Mills is an upgrade over Shiancoe.
He needs more reps that are taken away from Shiancoe.
Bite the buillet with Shiancoe's salary and bench him.
    Salaries are salaries.
    Field play is field play.
    Which wins games?
    Field play.
What brings in the fans so you can pay salaries?
    Wins.
It's an easy equation if you ask me.
