Winfield was the only reason we weren't down 28-0 at halftime.

Did Kevin Williams have anything to do with it?
I'm thinking if he didn't block the FG Winfield would have recovered the kick and scored.
I'm also thinking the Saint penalty on their second drive had something to with them not scoring a TD prior to the FG attempt.

Not taking anything away from AW.
He was a beast and should get the game ball however there were other reasons why we weren't down at half time.

Looking at the replay on DVR, it wasn't Kevin Williams who blocked the punt, it was #90 Fred Evans.
    The announcers gave KW credit.

No doubt AW gets the gameball, honorable mention to Gus and Kluwe for finding a way to win.

    KW or FE doesn't matter.
Someone had to block it in order for AW to recover.
Why would Klewe get a game ball?
    ??? ???

    Oops,
    meant Longwell.
Too much Kluwe conversation going on in the threads took the attention away from my one remaining brain cell.

i think leber did a great job. he covered people very well. no gameball for him but i liked what i see
For sure! He played better in coverage than he did at the line.
its true, i mean for some odd reason they had him 20+ yards down the field on wrs and he was around the ball most of the time.
and i thought gordon did some nice things too, considering they had so many 3 wr sets throughout the game.
but who had billy miller for the most part?
i'm sure there was some switching off coverage wise, but that guy should not be having the kinda day he had.
hes not terrible, but if you are gona let him beat you, which he almost did, then stopping much better pass recievers in the coming weeks is not gonna be easy.
Because thats what the Tampa 2 is all about.
The safeties split the deep field in half, and the MLB drops back almost to the level of the safeties,

    here's a diagram of what I mean
