that wasn't him, watch the replay and you'll see it was someone else's hand in there blocking the fg.Although Winfield did excellent do not forget about Kev Williams. He blocked the field goal and made some big plays.
100% not Kevin Williams.
Might have been pat, but i'm not sure.

Re: Gameball week 5 vs Saints
I voted for Gus simply because he got it done in the 4th quarter, even though there was no running game.
Winfield was awesome though.
He has CAT LIKE REFLEXES... to be able to sack, force a fumble and pick it up, nearly in the same motion is amazing.
Come to think of it he reminds me of someone:

The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good -Samuel Johnson - lexicographer
The word genius isn t applicable in football. A genius is a guy like Norman Einstein - Joe Theisman

some of that was play calling cuz we were still throwing short when obviously the saints were all at the line of scrimmage.
but even when he had guys open he was missing them, and was terrible on 3rd downs, (this is a viking trend).
if anything i would throw a little love towards berrian for making the plays at the other end with the game on the line.
ferrotte basically had to throw both balls up cuz he was about to get destroyed, but neither catch was exactly easy, and considering we ahve troubles catching easy ones that was huge.
and winfield is a no brainer.
i'm disgusted that someone even brought up winfields name in defense of griffin in that griffin sucks thread.
he was dominant."self improvement's masturbation.
now self destruction" that's enlightenment

it was actually evans that got the block but it hit kw's arm first, but no doubt winfield made so many key plays besides the obvious ones he made.

what game were you watching, he missed a few passes and one was on the run to a TE. He threw some really nice passes and wr's still droping balls, berrian dropping one over them middle, wade dropping a easy one, i was actually happy with his play, no turn overs and led us back to a come back. Hes not Peyton im sorry get over it."SKOL" wrote:
