Re: Gameball week 15 vs Bears

    AP
played good two td's to give us the win. But I think a team ball should go to the defense.
Again a great game and a key INT for Sharper to seal the win.
8-6 with a win on Sunday we lock up a playoff birth.
I would love to see the Giants lose both games and we get the 5th seed.
I do think we can beat the Bucs or Seattle with question.
I would love us to go to Florida.
I think it would be a very good game.

I think we also need a loss by the Saints along with the win to lock the playoff spot.

What does Mr. Clutch Chuck have to do to make it on one of these damn things.

Came in and made at least 5 key stops on defense ofter Winny went down and I saw him (especially the last one) make some very key plays keeping Hester in check.

That guy is really becoming a favorite of mine.

I won't argue with you Marr.
Gordon is doing a great job.
I am just looking at what changed the coarse of the game.
To me it was the YAC of Fergy (as much as I hate to admit it).

Again, I don't have my game notes, but I believe he had to key 3rd and long stops late in the game and his ability to check Hester (especially on the last Punt) were/was key in keeping that game changer in check.

Again, I can't argue your point.
However, if Ferguson didn't make that catch and run we wouldn't have been ahead at that point.
I'm not diminishing the plays Gordon made.
I'm simply giving the game ball to the person that made the play to change the momentum.
JMO though and who cares what I think?

You make a strong case with Gordon.
In fact many players could get it for last night.
I just think it should be the catalyst for what changed the game.
    Therefore, it's Fergy for me.
(I can't believe I am sticking up for him so much).

I give it to the special teams (Kick Coverage) for doing such a great job of containing Hester (In Spite of Kluwie being Dumb enough to punt directly to him a couple of times)

    Cheers!
    Where is Frostbite Falls Minnesota?
