Mostly agree. I think however we will sweep detroit this year. I know it will be a tough game but I still think we can beat them even though it will be in their house. It will be a close one though but I think we will pull it out.

I think that's a pretty good assesment. I do think we have a better chance of beating Philly than we do beating Indy, so I'd reverse the Monday night results. You also have to figure that we'll lose at least one game that we should win. My bet would be the Giants game. They seem to have our number, and it's right after a tough game against Tennessee, and right before a tough primetime matchup against the Colts. That just looks too much like a sandwich game to me. However, I'll stay with the 11-5 record, because if we do lose the Giants game, I think the final game agaist Washington will be the game that gives us the division, and I don't think we'd let that slip away again.

I'll just say I think we will be 10-6. We will sweep Detroit for the sole purpose that every time Daunte has started against Detroit we have beat them. Losses to Chicago (in Chicago, we just can't to seem to beat them on the road lately), Indy, Philly, Washington, Tennessee and another game that we should win. We will beat Green Bay twice. We will be able to do this because we will win at the dome and I will be in Lambeau for the other game, so we will win. Stupid logic but I'm hoping, or I probably won't get out of there alive or with my dignity. I just hope we have a great year and make the playoffs and have a great run!!

yea the game at chicago is all on the weather because it is december when we play them there.other then that we will be 11-5 and are div.winner. home field and a bye from first round are going to be hard to get since there are so many good teams in the nfc

well i think you guys are pretty realistic because at least you admit someone in the division will beat you. the nfc north and old nfc central is impossible to completely beat. think about it...the year chicago went 13-3 they lost twice to the packers. the year the vikings went 15-1 their one regular season loss was to the bucs. in 2002 when green bay went 12-4 they lost once to the vikings and the year they went to the super bowl they also lost once to the vikings. and in 1991 when the lions went 12-4 two of their losses were to the bears and bucs. i think the last time a team swept this division was the 1985-6 chicago bears. but I doubt it will ever happen again. it is one of the toughest divisions in football because even when the teams aren't doing well that season they give each other their best game.

I think it will be easier than you think silvermane. With only playing six division games, it should be easier. I know division games are the toughest, but I think it can be done again.

I agree with VS on the 13 and 3 but a few games are differant as I beleive we will sweep the divisions but we will lose a couple of games outside the division one to Jacksonville on the 28th of November everyone will just be digesting turkey and family and a little slow off the mark
and the second loss will be to Seattle as everyone minds will be on the chrismas tree and the kids

IF however the turkey and the trees don't get in the way we could have one heck of a great year and even blow washington off the gridiron to :cheers:
