Run defense for having another solid game.. 10 rush attempts, -3 yards.. Awesome job boys..
BJ is still showing why he is going to be done in Minnesota after the season.. To be 14/22 for 159 yds with 0TD's, and 1 INT is just ridiculous.. He is for sure washed up, and doesn't deserve to be the starter anywhere in the NFL..
Even though the secondary kept Detroit in this game, I give props to D. Smith, C. Griffin, and D. Sharper for coming up huge with those picks.. They still need so much help on offense to make this a decent team..

My take would be that since they were going to need a TD anyway, why not go for it on the 2 yard line. It doesn't get much closer than that and then if they convert and recover the onside kick, it would be easier to score a field goal with time ticking away. I can't fault them on that call.Quote:

Comes in as the back up and rips up over 100 yards..........Pinner. That's some good stuff.
Our run D is amazing. Looking at the stats, there are 14 teams who have allowed more than double the run yards we have. Second place has allowed almost 200 yards more than we have. That's domination. The year ball should go to them.
