Frozen Tundra Vs. Met Stadium
Personally, I think anyone that thinks Green Bay has/had the best advantage is fooling themselves. You do realize that even the so-called "Frozen Tundra" has heating coils underneath the field, so all the players have to worry about is the air-not the ground temp. Also, Met Stadium was wide open...you could see Cedar Ave (Hwy 77) from the endzone seats; which weren't even that high. Anyone have pictures of the old Met? My dad was at the infamous Push-Off game vs. the Cowboys. He actually sat a section away from the guy that chucked the whiskey bottle at the ref. Now is that dedicated or what?
We are all rejoicing, were beatin on the cheeseheads!
