Yeah, what is the deal with Neal. I haven't seen anything about his visit or anything about him since

Chiefs | Hodge a robbery victim
    Thu, 16 Mar 2006 09:01:16 -0800

Elizabeth Merrill, of the Kansas City Star, reports Kansas City Chiefs CB Alphonso Hodge was a robbery victim March 6, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution citing police documents. A man allegedly pulled out a revolver and, along with two other men, took $8,500 in cash, $32,000 worth of jewelry, a $6,000 watch, and his Hummer2. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Wednesday, March 15, the police have caught the men who allegedly held up Hodge. The robbery took place during a late-night trip to the Waffle House in Atlanta.
    ----------------

Anyone actually read that? I can imagine the conversation went as such...

Hodge's Friend: Man, I'm hungry, let's go get some food.
Hodge: Ok, where you wanna go?
HF: I don't know, its 3 in the morning, Mickey D's or Waffle House?
Hodge: I could go for some waffles, my treat. $8500 gonna be enough?

    -walking out of house-
Hodge: Oh snap, hold on man.
    HF: What for?
    Hodge: I forgot my chains.

Re: Free Agent Visits have all but Stopped

I'm just tired of seeing valuable, talented players being gobbled up by other teams like the friggin BROWNS, and seeing the Vikings sit around and not do anything....

I hope that I never am a GM after school, because I will have a plan of attack months before free agency and I would rush in all the talent in the free agent pool and try to sign everyone I could before other teams had time to get em'. I mean, Minnesota isn't the most attractive place to play...we should be getting people in....

I dunno, I like to make a plan and execute it fast and efficiently....I dunno what the front office's plan is for this offseason, but I hope it involves the draft....

Cuz if they want anyone who's out there right now, you'd think they'd be courting them....ya know?

So WTF? Hope we get some great draft picks! Cuz there isn't OLBs like LaVar Arrington and Julian Peterson availible every offseason...heck, Antonio Pierce was the only decent LB last year, and we almost got him....I liked Tice's coaching staff for the simple fact that they could attract top talent....they made Winfield come here instead of going to the Jets...they were great at that....

I just hope we pick a Chad Greenway or someone good in the draft, because I just cringe watching teams like the Seahawks and Browns gobbling up all the great talent....

    Fran Foley, I already don't like him....Childress? We'll see.....

Bennett could go to Miami too, or so says Sean Jensen of the Pioneer Press

He's also drawing interest from the Colts and the Panthers....

Ok, so it looks like Hutch isn't gonna be signed....get some more O-Linemen in here....

WHat happened to Neal during his visit...c'mon guys get a contract done!

We need another LB, address this in the draft, or what? Hopefully!

We're about to sign a 35 year old fullback (real durable guy I guess...how much longer will he last?!)

C'mon Vikes....get the job done, this team is FAR from complete!
you don't understand, Seattle has about 4 more days until they have to make a decision on Hutch!!! They are going to take all the time they want and make us WAIT for their reply!!! Hutch is costing us a ton of money!! If we do get this deal done with Steve then we have to analyze our cap after we sign him!! If we don't get him then we either try and make a better offer or we go on our way to another player!! But right now Minnesota cant do anything major in FA until this Steve Huthinson's deal is finished!!!

I can't even look at the NFL info...Making me sick we have so many holes in our team, Losing Hutch will all but make them bigger. Grrr, Gonna be the same old Vikes.
There are holes on every team.

    The 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9

    Most all offenses have them.
The sad thing is I'm sure there are people on this site that don't know what they are!

I wouldnt worry too much about signing a lot of big names this year. I think the triangle of authority are looking at getting key peices to build a championship around.

I read some where today that ziggy was talking about this up coming year and he thought we would be competative this year and will hopefully make a run for a championship within the next 3 years.
