Henderson's tenure, the third-longest on the team, could end this weekend. His contract is expiring, and he hasn't heard from the front office about a new deal.
Not sure about you but I think it is time to go another direction at MLB. I don't think he has what it takes to do the job any more.

I agree. My fear is the Vikings will simply promote Brinkley since he is cheaper and they have so many other needs.
In the cover 2 the MLB is crucial to the defense. A MLB who doesn't have the speed and range to cover the tight ends and deep middle of the field is easily exploitable and a significant weakness.
So far, despite being a hard hitter and good against the run, it doesn't appear Brinkley has has the speed to cover the passing game.
