It will change Voter's support though... those writers are morons.

If he builds it himself will he get all the money from the concessions and other revenues that are generated from the other events that the state/city will want to have in it?

I for one am all onboard for owners coughing up money for a facility that will only host football games but the truth of the matter is, like the dome, it will be used for other events than that.

Who was it that posted how much money the Metrodome has made for the city/state?
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

I didn't need to read the article to understand that one.
China, India and Brazil are taking the supply of steel and other goods and the goods are now costing us more. $47
Million might be on the conservative side.
It will only get worse as they speed up their building efforts.

Wilf is still willing to kick in 250 Million.
    Even Indy got one built.
I would like to know how they worked out their deal with the people and politician of Indiana.
We could always outsource the design to India, the fabrication to China and the assembly to undocumented temporary guests ( Kinder, gentler UffDa term ) to keep the cost down
Did I forget to mention the dollar is weak.
    LOL!

Re: Free agency, wins won't change stadium's pricetag

I am starting to get nervous about our stadium chances.

The state already has to pay for the Twins stadium, the Gophes stadium, and roads.
I know they just increased the gas tax to help off-set the roads problem, but still, already a couple of stadiums on the books.

Please God, keep the Vikings in MN
