It's also because we are so far below the cap room. Our team has a smaller payroll than many other teams throughout the league, therefore they aren't worth as much money.

I was thinking about the value of the team and stadium issues. The Cardinals have a new stadium. Why? They never make the playoffs and when they play Dallas at home, there are more cowboy fans then cardinal fans. Is it better ownership or a better political atmosphere or what? I don't live in Minnesota so I never really here what is going on on that front. I know the 'vikes have pretty passionate fans but it seems like not enough people will vote or even allow a stadium issue to get on a ballot. Another question I had was why was a stadium approved for the Twins before a football stadium was approved for the 'Vikes? I am not putting down the twins, just asking. I don't watch baseball. It just seems to me that if the Cards can get a stadium, then maybe the 'Vikes could work something out as well. I know nothing about the situation there, just asking.
