    First Memory.....

Marino talked Cris into playing that season for the Phins.

    First Memory.....

My first memory as a fan was watching Warren Moon play for the Vikes I believe on thanksgiving against Detroit(could be wrong about thanksgiving) but I just liked the way they looked...Even though they wore purple they looked mean...Plus I liked the helmets and I was only like 8....Before that I was a Derrick Thomas fan...Not a Chiefs fan...

    That's debatable...but...

Some of my first Viking memories involve watching Fran Tarkenton in the 70's with my Dad. While Kramer was my guy in the 80's, Tarkenton was my introduction to the Vikes.

My first memory of watching football at all involved an Oiler game where Earl Campbell ran something like an 80 yarder in for a TD. I remember thinking that guy was just incredible.

Now that I have a son, I hope to instill some great football memories to him as he grows up.

Dan Marino wasn't even playing when Cris Carter played for the fins. Jay Fiedler was their QB.

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!

    First Memory.....

My first memory involving the Vikings dates back to 1984, when I was 4 years old. I remember my father was upset, so I asked him what was wrong. Apparently Sammy White had just sustained an injury.

My first memory where I actually had a sense of what was going on in a football game was when I was 11. I remember thinking, "Why does Jim McMahon keep overthrowing everybody?" I still haven't answered that one.
