    Firing was Dollars & Cents

There you go, kiddos. You should notice the one big flashing sign in a certain paragraph.

    Sid Hartman's article:

"Wilf was concerned the team would lose a number of season ticketholders if there wasn't a coaching change."

Upgrading our image will certainly be nice, but I agree with Burns as well.

A former head coach who knows, not someone with a remote in his hand spouting off because he's frustrated at the team. Just mention as an illustration of credibility of arguments.

Oh well, its done, but the story line is still interesting. No doubt!!

He's worried about bottom line more than doing the right thing or what Tice's record was. Remember when Red came in here with big promises, acted like the greatest owner the first year, and the we had realized we had been buffaloed?

Lets hope this doesn't turn out the same.

I like the second article. Purely about class. Wilf put himself in an unneccessary postion simply by not being able to wait 12 hours. Now he has to make some miracilous signing at head coach to gain back the respect that he lost tonight. The new coach better be Tony Dungy.

i dont think we would have lost season ticket holders. i think that is just a coverup. if you really love your team then what does that matter.

Wilf was a dick for pulling the trigger so early...tomorrow would have been soon enough!

Noone said it was. Noone said it wasn't. Try rereading the article to gather the meaning.
