Well, so much for that thought.

When I posted it, I'm pretty sure you had a comment about how online petitions are pointless and waists of time.

Well, they ARE pointless and a waste of time.
They cannot be validated in anyway, and too easily corrupted.
I could write a bot in less than an hour to continuously spam the site with hundreds of thousands of generated names and email addresses.
(Actually I could push it into the millions, but then it would be obvious that it was fake...)
    Why waste your time NP.

That is common knowledge right along with the idea of the "Forward this to everyone you know or it will die" email spam scam and yet our inboxes are flooded with them daily.
    ;D
    Don't worry, I wouldn't waste my time.
I was just pointing out the futility of it because it is so easily compromised.
Although if anyone really wants me to bot the site, I usually charge clients $125 per hour... ;D

It's funny because I expected no one over 18 to be signing this thing.
There are a lot of long-time fans, season ticket holders, etc.
There are even some intelligent comments when you highlight View, and some funny ones.
I see that C Mac D must have signed on page 19, "go back to philly, you douchebag!"
