Thread: FG Kicker

Too bad we don't have a decent FG kicker that can make them from father out than 30 yards.

I hope that is something we can cure in the off-season.

I've been rooting for Morton Andersen since before I was in high school, guy has been around *forever.* Once he was head and shoulders above the league, now he's a shadow of his former self. But perhaps, just like George Bland did for the Raiders a few times after he turned forty, he can show what experience and nerve can do...

I think the field conditions are playing a bigger role in our decisions than anything else at this point. I don't know if Tice would have faith in anybody right now. Most of the opportunities we have had to use Anderson have been in the 1st and 3rd quarter when we were heading into that wicked crosswind...

I'm not disagreeing that Anderson is a a shadow of his former self, but I do think Tice has more faith in him than this.
