Ferguson hopes to catch on again with Vikings

The receiver doesn't regret leaving Green Bay -- the team and the city -- and despite a slow start, he believes he had a productive season.

Vikings receiver Robert Ferguson knows he could have been part of something special in Green Bay this season. The Packers, coming off an 8-8 finish in 2006, went 13-3, won the NFC North and earned a first-round bye in the playoffs.

But Ferguson said he doesn't spend time thinking about the Packers' decision to cut him last August after six seasons, or what might have been if he had stuck around...

Sweet, I definatly want him back here..especially over Butterfingers(Troy Williamson). Unlike Troy this guy actually helps the team. I like the effort he gives, he goes all out the whole game and he is a great blocker for a WR. We should definatly keep him around..

I hope he comes back.
He's a good possession guy, will do anything for the team, and from what I've read he's good in the locker room.
Seems like the kinda guy the Chiller wants around.

He's humble, he's solid, and a good guy

Keep him around

If we don't add a WR, I like this kinda

1. Rice
2. Fergy
3. Wade- Slot
4. Allison

If we do draft a WR he won't get tossed into the starting spot right away

If it is someone like 5th year senior Limas Sweed I think he could. That would be a pretty nice combo Rice and Sweed both physical tall receivers.I think Wade would complement them well in the slot..

Maybe towards the end of the season I could see it

He would most likely start off 5th and work his way up

And to be honest...

My girl is from Texas and she makes me watch alot of Longhorns, I know he didn't play too much this year, but overall watching him play the last two years, I was not all that impressed

I think we would look else where in the draft.. Atleast I hope so

[move]Manningham, Manningham Manningham, Manningham Manningham, Manningham![/move]

He will be a great WR. Lets not forget any one of the guys from FL( i hate FL WRs but)
I would like us to get rid of Ferguson. I like him but he's too slow.
