Heck, I got 3 and didn't have to leave the OL.

    Then you got

    Madieu Williams
    Walker
    Asher Allen
    Berrian
    Baskett
    Lito Sheppard.

    Probably more.
Thank god you aren't a GM, that's a terrible list

    Ryan Cook
As much as we hate him as a starter, he's a valuable backup. He can play any position. So according to you, we'd have a 22 man roster.

    McKinney
Is having actually a pretty good season. I'll admit, he's overrated, he should not have made the probowl last year, but people have it out for him. Lets put it this way. Lets say we cut McK. Who do we play then? Cook? HA!
Loadholt. Dude's a second year player. He played well last year, and struggled this year. Give him one more year as a starter, then one as a backup. Then can him.

    Madieu Williams
Poor signing, I'll agree. He played pretty well at first, but since that neck injury, just hasn't seemed to play well.

    Walker
    Terrible, not gonna argue here.

    Asher Allen
Umm... 3rd round draft pick last year? Lets give the guy a chance.

    Berrian
Skill wise, whatever. The ONLY reason to consider dropping him is because of lack of heart. Hopefully the coaching change lights a fire under his ass.

    Baskett
What do you expect with a 6th string WR? Berrian, Rice, harvin, Lewis, Camirillo, Baskett. Seriously?!

    Lito Sheppard.
Has had bad plays, and has had good plays. Question, who would you play over him? Remember, you already cut Frank Walker, Asher Allen and Lito Sheppard.
So did you take that in your own context or the context of me comparing these guys to the 3 Marty would cut who are probably Brett, Longwell and Kluwe? That was really the point.

Oh, I forgot to include the years he spent playing Madden also qualifies him as an expert.

Seriously, Mardro.....have you ever played the game for an actual team.....even in high school?

You seem more like a wannabe who studies statistics but doesn't have the practical experience to apply them to the questions at hand.

You don't seem to have a feel for the dynamics of how a team functions as a team or how a bad coach impacts the play of a team.

But I still enjoy you, my friend, and I hope to see you learn more about the more subtle aspects of the game as the days go by.
YUP, played the game in High School. I readily admit that I sucked and only made the team cause I came from a very small northern MN town.

As is the case, in most circumstances, you are off the mark again and come with this jibberish about "Wannabe", "Dynamics", "Team Functions" instead of just answering a simple question about your assesment of the OL play as a means to hide your lack of game knowledge.

Then you say something about me not understanding the subtle aspects of the game. Look who's talking,........

Hell, you can't even tell the difference between our backup QB's, let alone talk to me about gap responsibilities, zone blitz's, delayed blitz's etc.

    You, sir, are a tool.

    =Z=
Naw, thats just his lame attempt at hiding the fact that he knows absolutely nothing about the game.

Atleast, this time, he didn't use the "Fairy Tale", "Rabbit Hole" attempt at covering up his lack of game knowledge.

LOL! Where do you get this stuff? I've never had any trouble differentiating between Webb and Jackson.

Desperate attacks do not become you, my friend.

Nor will throwing out a smokescreen of jargon help you to seem astute.

    "Delayed blitz?"

    :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Wow, you have us all snowed.

    What could that be?

I am not worthy even to bow to your knowledge of football wannabe jargon.

I defer and will take up chess now.

I wouldn't cut Kluwe. Under the new ST coord he has demonstrated that he can directional kick.

    I agree with Mardro!!!

Kluwe has demonstrated some excellent skills in aiming the ball!

    That felt good!!
