I know my friend. That was one post I wish I would have thought about before I hit send, but damn, enough is enough already.

As the guys were saying on the show.......

1. He doesn't practice.
2. Team will be less effective because he doesn't practice.
3. Staff has to come up with 2 gameplans. 1 for the Noodle, 1 for Webb so that will be less detailed.

I mean seriously, who in thier right mind can't see that he is hurting rather than helping.

The way I see it, its kindof like deer hunting. I spend hours and hours shooting my bow, shooting my guns, scouting the woods, fixing the trails, fixing the deer stands. Why, cause its something that has to be done to be successful (and safe).

Waltzing up and saying, hey, I'm ready to play cause I love to play the game without any prep is not only ineffective, but not safe either.

Again, props to the Noodle for helping Joe last week on the sidelines. If he was the pro/leader a few seem to think he is, he would do that.


Anyway, I promise. That is the last commment/rant you will ever hear out of me on him again. Promise.

The only reason I liked any of that post was the deer hunting analogy.:cheer:

I can see that we just might have to resurrect the spirit of UffDaVikes and have a whole offseason of "Will Brett return" threads to see if we can push you the last little bit over that ledge.:woohoo:

I never thought I'd say this but I'm sick of Brett favre and would like it if you would retire for real this time. Sext on the farm. Thanks for great season last year but it's time to hang it up.

However, part of this title includes the part where he says "my skills have diminished to the point i can no longer be effective". It takes a real man to set his ego aside, suck it up and retire.
