Thanks for the read my friends.
Should have come down here.Favre joked Wednesday that the only thing he killed was "time."
I'd a put him on a deer.
Course I would have given him my bad compass as well.

Interesting stat.Since 2003, the year Favre turned 34, he has led his teams to a 5-1 record in games following the bye, and four times he had a quarterback rating greater than 100. In those six games, Favre threw 14 touchdown passes and only three interceptions.
So they do talk. And Favre approached backup QB Tarvaris Jackson, just to let him know he would try to play but that Jackson might have had to take over.
"I said, 'Hey, just be ready,' " Favre said. "I said I'm going to play. If I feel like I just can't do it ...
Kindof blows that myth out of the water.
;D ....snicker....
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

Again, a interesting read.
Thanks.
I for one hope we see lots of TJ over the next couple of games.Favre and the Vikings’ success figures to continue against the woeful Lions (1-7), a team that he has gone 24-9 against during the regular season in his career. That’s his most victories against any opponent.
Give the old cat some extra reps off against some cupcake teams.
No reason not to. He moved the 2's and 3's against the lowly Rams 1's pretty good.
Should be successfull with our 1's against the likes of the Lions.

I would imagine that we see a decent amount of TJ in the fourth quarter as long as we have a 2 TD+ lead here."singersp" wrote:

I mean ... if we are looking at 35-0 ... sure ... but I can't imagine anything short of 28-0 getting TJ on the field before the fourth."midgensa" wrote:

Surprised Marrdro was not all over this. Good job buddy.

"I’d like to say it (happened) in a full-tackling drill but it was a lot less than that," Favre said of how he got hurt. "It was really just a half-walkthrough rolling out to the right. It’s like when you wake up in the morning and you’re putting your shoes on and your back gives out for no apparent reason."
