It has been widely assumed that the signing of quarterback Brett Favre has guaranteed that selling tickets to home games won't be an issue for the Minnesota Vikings.

And that assumption might turn out to be wrong.

A few victories is all it takes like usual.

If Chilly mishandles the first few games as expected, then it will continue.

If we lose any of the first three games I can see people being too pissed to buy tickets. I would be absolutely shocked if we don't start out AT LEAST 3-0, but I guess I'd rather start out 2-1 and dominate the cheesedicks at home rather than start out 3-0 and lose to them. Hell let's just start out 4-0! woo hoo

Nope. Someone at VTO told me like 10,000 holders dropped after last season, so only 1000 left is nothing.

As noted in plenty of other places, you're more likely to see the Los Angeles Jaguars or Los Angeles Chargers than the LA Vikings.

adding one player can only do so much on ticket sales. If he leads the team to wins then there will be more bums on seats. However if Chilly and the coaching staff manage to take a team expected to make the SB ( as per media predictions ) and turn them 180 about face then ticket sales could take a hit.
