Nothing like making a bunch of money off of your fans when you don't need it.
I prefer pro football players that actually appreciate & realize the importance of their fans & take the time & give autographs to some of their fans, especially kids, for free or at least at a very reasonable price
C'mon Brett $400 for an autograph? Where do you think a kid is going to come up with $400?... See More
When are you going to do this signing? When the rest of you team is working hard at the OTA's, minicamps or training camp?

Re:Favre to dish out his autograph for $400
Come on Singer, do you think it all goes to Favre? NO! Most goes to Radtke.
A lot of athletes do this...so why not make a thread for all of them that do this?
The reason autographs are so much now is because of ebay and all the fakes out there. I used to collect them, but gave it up because it is way too costly.
And maybe he gives his portion to charity? We do not know what he is going to do with it.
Geez, the Favre hate still runs strong.
If you came out of your cave just to post this, go back.

If you live in the Minnesota area, you could always wait til he's at training camp with the rest of the team signing autographs with the rest of the tea..

Re:Favre to dish out his autograph for $400
Its one private signing. No where in here does it say that if you run into him somewhere, that he's going to be like "hey kid, you want my autograph you pay me $400" If you want the guaranteed autograph and you're willing to pay for it then more power to ya! If you're not willing to pay and you want an autograph, start stalking him.

The prices are set by the promoter. It's not like Favre gets $400 per auto.

Fran'$ Autographe$
I've also heard they will give you a Troy Williamson dropped sharpie, with a certificate stating Troy dropped it while attempting to sign an autograph for pretty much the cost of shipping.
