He told the NFL Network that money swayed him to return for ill-fated 2010.

It wasn't because of the love for the game

It wasn't because he felt he owed it to the team

It wasn't because he felt there was some unfinished business

It was because the money was too good to pass up.

That's sort of a biased interpretation of what he said. The money was the final puish, but that's not what got him there.

And, in all sincerity, do you think Jackson would have been better? How about Rosenfels? fact is, Chiller had put us ion a QB pickle....and Zygi made the $$$ offer. I don't blame Brett one bit.

It's not that biased at all. Brett himself said he knew it was finished. If the big money wasn't there, he wouldn't have come. He'd have stayed retired.

The money was too good to pass up.

Sigh.....I long for the day that we talk about the Noodle as often as we do Randall Cunningham. I think Webby should have the developers create a script that deletes any and all mentions of that ass from this day out.
