Judd Zulgad, of the Star Tribune, reports Minnesota Vikings rookie RB Ciatrick Fason (right ankle sprain) already has been able to take off the walking boot he was wearing after being injured against the New York Jets Friday, Aug. 19. He told head coach Mike Tice he wants to play in the team's preseason game Friday, Aug. 26, but there is no chance that will happen.

Re: Fason is ready to roll
Fason is the man...sucking up big time! But Tice is probably not willing to risk further injury...actually a smart move!
BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE
