Brett Favre had his best season on the Minnesota Vikings.
For those people who need a little reminder:
Favre played through an astonishing 16 years with Green Bay Packers and started every single game throughout those 16 seasons. He was then traded to the Jets, through as many picks as touchdowns and it looked like he was done playing in the NFL.
Late in the following year, Favre came out of retirement and in his first season in purple led his team to the NFC Championship and broke several records in the process. Also for the very first time, Favre had a passer rating of more than 100 (107.2) and an interception rate below 2% (1.3%), numbers which are far better than any of his previous seasons.
On top of it all, he did it at the age of 40.

I don't know exactly why, but the fact that the Pukers all-time favorite legend easily did so much better on our team at the age of 40 is just somewhat awfully satisfying to me.
