Face it Were a bunch of Underachievers

Year in and Year we LOSE. The Vikings show no heart or will to win. They are a bunch of underachievers and they waste talent year in and year out. 1998=waste,2000=waste. How long are we going to blame coaching, look at the players they determine the outcome they cant execute. Culpepper has great stats, but down the stretch he chokes hardcore. Hes not a leader. He doesn't win the big game PERIOD. We are suppose to have this amazing offense, WHERE IS IT AT. YARDS DONT MATTER, POINTS DUE. UNACHIEVERS SHOULD BE ARE NAME :scratch: :scratch: :scratch:

That's right stinger24. Culchoker is not a leader and he fizzles out down the stretch. He seems to be doing the same thing this year(6 tds,5 ints,2 lost fumbles in the last 4 games).

I guess we should start Frerotte than. Stop acting retarded, The only QB who doesn't "choke" down the stretch is the one who wins the Superbowl.

well it all starts with defense, something we never had in a century by now. It dont matter how good or bad our o is. IF you dont have at least a average to decent d, you wont go anywhere.

One day when we do win the superbowl we're gonna look straight back at you and say "You were that one guy that always doubted us, therefore I wouldnt consider a true fan". You doubted the franchise and the future QB.

i still say it is moss...too much emphasis on getting moss the ball...they havent been in the playoffs ever since two things have happend..one moss says "I will never win a SB as a viking" and the second is if he isnt going to get the ball he doesnt flat out run the route he is supposed to on EVERY down not just hte ones he is getting the ball...they have the talent just the will isnt there when moss is half @$$ing it..

MOSS IS THE MAN, say what you want to, you wouldnt be saying it if he was on the colts. Moss doesnt take plays off, if he does the running play is is created to on the other side of the field. But Moss just doesnt take plays off, he blocks he runs his decoy routes.

By the way can you find a quote from somewhere where moss said he wont win a SB in minn, i dont remeber.

Take a moment and THINK about what you're posting here. If you're that disenhearted by the Vikings performance (or lack thereof), find another team to root for...we won't tell...honest.

We have problems with our team - sure as shit we do - so does almost every other team in the NFL. Our Defense hasn't played well for a few years (Thanks, Denny...you asslicker), and we've had a few bad breaks that make it look worse than it is.

However, we have a fantastic CORE. We have a rock solid foundation upon which to build and improve. Not since the 70's have I been this optimistic.

As a Viking fan for 38 years, I'm staying put. I love my team, and I love our potential.

I'm not saying it isn't ok to point out our shortcommings - we have 'em, might as well face 'em. I'm saying that there is a point at which you have to either get on board, or get lost. Hopefully, all of you are simply airing frustrations, and will continue to cheer our boys on...if not, enjoy your new team.
